Guide to Selecting Training Capsules at SHIFTA by Elisava

If you are a Master's or Postgraduate student at SHIFTA by Elisava, you have two free training capsules available to complement your education. The goal is for you to become familiar with the key tools of your program, although you are free to choose the ones that interest you most.

A few weeks before Welcome Week, you will receive an email with all the information about the welcome week. In that same email, you will find a link to the registration form where you can select your two capsules. As a SHIFTA by Elisava student, you also have the option to enrol in a third additional capsule with a discount.

If you only want to sign up for your two free capsules, you should select the two you prefer in the first questions and leave the third option blank. On the other hand, if you want to take advantage of the discount, you can select your two free capsules and also the third discounted capsule you wish to take. The form will automatically redirect you to the payment platform. 

Can I change my selection after submitting the form?

For organizational reasons, the form can only be completed once. If you have already submitted it and wish to change your selection before the capsules begin, please contact Student Support and Assistance via email: soporte@weareshifta.com.

Can I take the capsules later? 

No, the offer is linked to your master's program edition, and it is not possible to save them for future editions. If you cannot attend live, you will be able to watch the recordings on-demand on the Virtual Campus.

I haven't received the Welcome Week email, what should I do?

First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact the Student Support and Assistance Department so they can help you.

What if I'm only interested in one capsule? 

The offer includes up to two free capsules. You can choose one or two. If you decide to enrol in only one, the unused second capsule cannot be saved for future calls.
