How can the Diploma be requested?

Issuance and Delivery of the Diploma

The issuance of the Diploma is carried out automatically once the student has completed all the requirements of the Master’s or Postgraduate program. This process is included in the cost of the program, so there is no additional charge for the student.

The Academic Management Unit of Elisava is responsible for issuing the diploma. The processing time may vary between one and two years, depending on the department’s workload. Once the diploma has been issued, the department will notify students and request their details to confirm the address and arrange the delivery method.

If a student has changed their address, they must notify the Academic Management Unit of their new address when they receive the email indicating that the Diploma has been generated.

What delivery and collection options are available?

Students have three options to collect their diploma:

  1. Personal collection: The student can collect their diploma in person at the Academic Management Unit located at La Rambla, 30-32, Barcelona. The office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
  2. Collection by a third party: If the student cannot attend in person, they may authorize another person to collect the diploma on their behalf. To do so, a signed authorization from the student, a copy of the student’s ID or passport, and a copy of the authorized person’s ID must be presented.
  3. Certified postal delivery: For students outside Spain, the diploma can be sent by certified postal mail at no additional cost. In this case, students must provide a copy of their ID and confirm the delivery address.

If the student prefers to use a private courier service (DHL, UPS, NACEX, etc.), they must arrange and pay for the service directly with the selected company. In addition, they must notify the Academic Management Unit 48 hours in advance to prepare the shipment.

The Academic Management Unit of Elisava is not responsible for loss or damage to the diploma during shipping. Any request for a duplicate due to these reasons will be the responsibility of the student, as well as any costs associated with a second shipment.
