Electronic Degree
The Electronic Degree Certificate is a document that certifies the student has successfully completed all academic requirements of a Master’s or Postgraduate program at our institution. This degree can be used by students while the issuance of the Diploma is being processed.
With the Electronic Degree Certificate, you can access your certification at any time and from anywhere via the internet, ensuring its availability and eliminating the risk of loss or damage to the original document. In addition, the degree includes a digital verification code, making it easier to complete academic, administrative, and professional procedures online.
The Electronic Degree can only be generated once all academic records for the Master’s or Postgraduate program have been closed and validated by the Universitat de Vic — Universitat Central de Catalunya. This process may take a few months after the completion of your studies, depending on the workload and any issues with the records.
How to request the Electronic Degree Certificate?
The Electronic Degree Certificate is issued automatically once the academic records have been validated and processed by the Universitat de Vic — Universitat Central de Catalunya. There is no additional cost for the student, as this service is included in the tuition fee paid at the beginning of the academic year.
When the Electronic Degree Certificate is available, the student will receive an email with instructions for activation. This message will include a document with an Authentication Code, required to access the Graduate Portal, as well as instructions to download your certificate.
