If your program is about to start and you still haven’t received your access credentials, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Check your SPAM folder. The email containing the credentials may have been mistakenly filtered into that folder.
- Verify the email address. Ensure you are checking the email inbox of the address you provided during the admission process.
If, after performing these checks, you still cannot find the email and you are checking the same email address that was registered, please open a ticket or email the Student Support Department. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring you can access your accounts without any problems.
