If you need to contact an instructor from your program, the SHIFTA Virtual Campus offers several options to communicate effectively.

• Through the Class Forum:

Use the forum to post public messages about general questions, such as proposed activities, that may interest other students. Use the class forum for questions that can spark discussion or benefit your peers.

• Through Private Messaging:

Send a confidential message to instructors, peers, or coordinators. Click on the messaging icon in the top right corner, search for the person’s name, and send your message. Opt for private messaging for personal or sensitive inquiries that should not be public.
