What happens if I have a problem with the company during the internship?

If any problem arises during your internship, the first step is to identify the situation and, if possible, discuss it directly with your company supervisor to try to reach an agreement and allow time for the situation to improve. If, despite this, the situation does not improve, contact the Internships Department (internships@elisava.net) so the case can be addressed appropriately.

It is very important that you inform the Internships Department if you experience uncomfortable situations or distress in the company, so that we can intervene and improve the experience both for you and for future students.
