Can I legalize my documents in a country other than the country of my university degree?

Documents must be legalized exclusively in the country where the issuing university is located. Therefore, it is not possible to obtain the corresponding legalization (whether the Hague Apostille or the stamps from the Spanish Consulate, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Education) in a different country.
