What if there is a problem with the payment?

Payment Issues

If there is any problem with your payment (insufficient funds, direct debit error, etc.), you will receive a notification by email. In this case:

  • You will be given a period to regularize the situation.
  • You can update your payment details if necessary.
  • In case of prolonged non-payment, penalties may be applied according to the enrolment contract and your access to the Virtual Campus will be blocked.
